AAXP Percentage Rate (EQType 72)

This label has a "%" attached to the number when it is loaded as a string by the UIengine.

Listing this as a "bug" err feature as well ;)

Clarification

....AAXP is 72.

73 is Surname.

Just want to clear that up so people dont' get confused.

But thanks for pointing out the, uh, feature. :D
