Default Modifying Firecasters All-in-one

Since Firecaster is no long around, I've been trying to learn enuff to modify for my own tastes. First off before I even started modifying this I have been getting a UI Error not sure where to look for specifics. I started this process changing one tiny detail at a time and reloading the UI. After some extensive reading there really isn't much around for "formatting" help, the EQtype/ScreenID post doesn't give an example of proper usage, so im just gonna post the whole file and humbly ask for whats wrong here ....
