I know Dolby used to do that at one point, but I do not know what program he used to generate that. Best thing to do is to always keep a previous version of the Default folder so that when a patch hits you can use a program to compare the files. There are several programs out there than can do this.

I know dragitem178 texture/code was added to the Animations file....a new column called "Timer" was added to the Combat Skill Select window as well as the size of the window got wider. Not sure about the Options window...I don't mod that at all.
