I can shoot this down now - No can do and VI won't do this I'm afraid.
A while back VI specifically made a patch that completely hid ones exact faction levels. It use to be converted client side (ie server sends -734, your client will show Threatening).
But, they didn't like that and completely removed it.
I seriously doubt VI will every look at putting something like this back into the game.
However, the list one would be nice, but I don't see that being technically possible, let alone feasible.
Just too many factions within one average zone. and how the system currently works, it will require more packets to be sent upon each zone, each NPC loc, etc.
Too much work, I would think.
