If you're asking for a way to control Winamp from EQ - the answer is "yes, it's possible". If you're asking if there is a way to display such controls via the new UI - the answer is "not yet"
Of course, with the sneakyamp that Methuselah mentioned you can set up some hotkeys to get the basic Play/Pause/Stop/Forward/Back Winamp functionality, but that's not really UI, that's just cheating
