the change someone posted that changed a whole bunch of files is the one that messes up the friends window, the only file that needed changing was EQUI_animations.xml

I ended up re-making my vert 2.2 mod from what I had downloaded right from verts' site, and then just adding the fixed animations file, and everything worked like a charm the messed up spellbook, and a group window were also fixed, SOKOL's OFFICIAL patch is the one that messed up the framerate and the spellbook.
