When I tried to fix one thing, I broke something else- that'll teach me not to try to get out fixes like that in such a hurry =/ here's the link to the up-to-date-and-error-free download.

as far as moving the windows...not much I can do except put the title bar back on or make the window non-resizeable. Best way to make sure you can put them where you want them is to drag all your windows near the center of the screen while the default is loaded, then load the custom skin and move the windows where you want them.
