It looks good. One comment though. You might not want to call this a Night Elf UI. The Night Elves are more of a dark race of creatures and they do not take kindly to things as cheery as this UI. If you want a truely Night Elf UI then you need to make it more Dark and on The Dark Arts side of things.

The Night elves are a dark race that prefer things to be as they are. Leaves would not be green to a Night elf. Leaves would be part of the Living world where the Night Elves are more on the Death side of things. They would prefer to just kill all other creatures than talk to them and a UI based for the Night Elves should convey that philosophy.
