I would say judging by the fact that your Animation file does not show up in this list that you are using a custom animations file. More than likely your Animations file is out dated. Check with the place you got the skin from to see if they have an updated animations file or an updated skin. Once you get that file replaced you will probably be fine. The reason the error is coming up when it reads the EQUI_AlarmWnd.xml file is because it does not know what this object is. This object was supposed to have been defined in two other files and one of the files that defines it is coming from your default directory so I know that will be good but since your EQUI_Animations.xml file is not coming up as having a warning message in this list I would say that you have this file in your custom skin so it is probably where the error is.
