the ui works for my character selection screen, but when i try to log a character on, it crashes to my desktop

ps. it seems to only crash when i load a character going into a pop zone. when i went into a luclin zone with my ranger, it just loaded the default ui. i tried to /loadskin vert and everything, but it didn't work. then when i camped out, my character selection screen was back to default rather than still using the vert ui.
