Delete your uierrors.txt and try it again... those errors are from when you used the loadskin window. We can tell from the \\

So delete that file then do the command line loadskin then post your new errors.

If no new errors come up then more then likely you have two everquest folders (due to SoE's sloppy install script on some expantions).
