A few wishes!

1: When you hit F10 (To hide UI) the viewport would reset to the resolution you're currently using. Then, restore the viewport settings when you hit F10 again.

2: An option for windows to make them stay on top.

3: When loading a UI it would use default.ini in the skin Directory.
