In the form it is now it still leaves open the problem of scams
when transfer of coin between characters is done. In no way
think this is being done to help the end user. This cuts down on
the customer service complaints from item transfer scammers.
That is why SOE wants this done. Just look at the countless
messages they put on at the login to watch for item transfer
scams.

SOE if they read this should add a single shared PLAT slot for
transfer of money. The full problem is then done and we can
move on.
