Ok, once again for a hard head like me - alpha channel.
I am using Photoshop 7. The alpha channel shows up as a channel on the tga's.
The question is how do i take a tga like the default windows_pieces04.tga and apply a texure, lets say a marble texture to repace the grey texures of the default buttons?
I have tried playing around, and copying a texture to the alpha channel directly, but i end up with a black/white image or everything tinted in red.
Guess the bottem question is how do i replace the grey buttons on the windows_pieces.tga files using the alpha channel. Thanks
