I managed to fix all of the bugs related to the last patch, Nov. 5 except for the /con color animation that is supposed to show up in the target window.

I can see the ring around the target, but the window does not work.

From the UIError file, I have this error:

I downloaded the patch for celtic from Cair's file "targetwindowcelticsteamworks" but that did not fix the problem.

What the heck is this child? and where is its parent(s)?
I am no XML programmer, but darn good at cut-n-paste, so if you could provide the coding to fix this, I'd be grateful.
