Well I've downloaded the XML Spy suite, looked at the program you wrote, and confess I know nothing about XML or modifing it to the way i want. Anyway you (or someone) can make the following changes for me...

Items I want as right clickable are

3 Face
12 Hands
16 RFinger
22 inventory slot top left 1 (can u do this within inventory bags? i.e. an invis potion?)
