Has anyone ever created a casting bar, horizontal, that fits in witht he Sars theme / look?

Ive been unable to find one at all and ive bene searching all over =(

Im coming back after a 2 year break and tring to piece together a "total sars" looking ui as much as I can.

I never was able to find one before I left, but im hoping that someone has made one in the time ive been gone.
