Yeah, some new items don't have the graphics. I should be able to fix that really quickly.

As to the OOC timer, that's already in there:
no graphic if standing/moving
blue around your name if resting
red if you're in active combat (have agro)
a sort of white/light green if you're dot'd/debuffed

The OOC timer shows up on the player HP bar with a counter.
