Emil 10 is a UI under this category and I love it. I can type /lfg or my 2 "follow" and "disband" keys faster then trying to click it on a UI. I for one am glad it's not been added. Less clutter. You may find a window mod to your liking under Interface Pieces Section that has these the features you're looking for and then just add it separately.
