Yeah after I posted that while getting ready for work it dawned on me, so I printed them out to look at while at work.... sure enough they were missing... I also noticed ticketwindow.xml and ticketcommentwindow.xml are in the older green tablets equi.xml, I assume its safe to delete them, since they are no longer in the default...
