From the EverQuest Forums:
The next Game Update is scheduled for Tuesday, October 30th at 4:00 am PDT (5 am MDT, 6 am CDT, 7 am EDT, -7.00 GMT) and has an estimated downtime of 8 hours. This update is expected to include the new Steamfont Mountains, some bug fixes, and spooky adventures.
