I love this UI Piece - but I too have been crashing on death since the patch on 7/6 -- or maybe since 6/29 and I just didn'd die for a while lol.
Did a non-scientific test and loaded a UI that was identical except for the Hot Key Window. No crash on death.....
Ya someone needs to "bug" Sony about this -- I want my clickies and easy swapping back!!!!!
