Edit: ok looked into both of our's seems there are minor difference (am thinking i got this from someone and didn't edit) nothing that should make the buff's act different. but what i found out is that your buff's are actually lining up like right column is 1 - 21 and left side is 22 - 42.
im not sure why but mine works correctly on Test but dose the same thing on live. maybe some hardcoding mechanic's going on? ill keep digging into it if ya want me to. unless ya have the background changed to line up
