1) If you /loadskin and chose Default.. does it do it then?
( only the default files are in the ui. no custom )
IF this happens with /loadskin and choseing Default... then IMHO it's a /bug that needs to be brought to the attention to Sklug etc. that would stump me:P
IF it does NOT happent in the Default, then it can be narrowed down to another solution.
2) Did you try to change out the spell cast window? ( not selling my piece here but ) try this
http://www.eqinterface.com/download...nfo.php?id=5577 JUST to see if it changes things. Copy and paste your old one to ? desktop? so you can put it back.
