I've got it completely working now... attachment too large to add here... Awaiting authorization for a new upload which contains entire folder :-/

Back up your Tablets UI folder to safe location then extract this archive into Tablets UI folder and it should work. I'm not XML Savvy and this is my first attempt at fixing a patch fubared UI. The archive contains all the files I edited/added to get it working. Please let me know how it works.
This is the only error message I get... but I can't figure it out... but it doesn't seem to be affecting the UI's stability
