It's in the pending phase. Admins needs to check it and release it. I had posted the file 3 times yesterday. 2 of which Admins released, but that last one, I posted late at night, so admins were prolly asleep.
Be patient, admins are prolly tired of me pushing up that skin over and over.
I'd expect it'll be available this afternoon.
