with this latest update my loot window is not working like it suppose to

when a mob is kill from out of range instead of the loot item being red it shows the item but cant loot and there's no icons on the window itself, I'm using the default loot window but it has to be something in my EQUI_animation_xml or EQUI_Templates.xml

I'm unsure what to look for to fix it

any help would be appreciated
