Rebuilt vert.

Reorganized Animations file to line for line more match the original SOE animations. ( Makes for easy file compares to the original for update checking ).

Using Default inventory, but you can add your own easily.
Updated 11/12th Spell slot
Added optional 25 or 30 slot buff window with corrected graphics
Added optional 15 or 20 slot song window with corrected graphics
Corrected buff bar color per UI version
Corrected Target buffs so they work properly
Fixed Potion Bar
Using stock extended targets window ( I dont have UF to mod this, sorry )

Tested on many toons on many pc's no crashing on default load or load with existing layout.

No red text XML file errors on load.

Files are still dependent heavily on others, next code release will modularize it for easy item replacement.
