Not sure if it has anything to do with Grygan being inactive, but it seems the file has been moved to the archives, which for some reason is not allowing a DL of the UI..
It's one of my favorites too, and I was sad to see that it was broken for LoY, and even moreso that it has not been updated. Grygan come back!
