Personally I've just gotten used to the 4 hotbars so I decided to modify it to look like it used to. I added the extra 2 hotbuttons per bar and rearranged how the items are situated around the 1st hotbar.
Hotbars 5-10 work but currently they are only working in 3x4 format and can't be resized.
Picture below if interested (I also modified the items on the tribute/help window thing to be my buff clickies... as well as shrunk the extended target window.... and went back to default buff window because it takes less space.)

The main bug with the hotbuttons is the page indicator. Even if you go from Page 1 of the Hotbutton window 1, to Page 2 it still displays as page one.. unsure how to fix that. I am also gonna be shrinking the pet window when I get to it so that the 1st hot button and it don't clip so much (due to the added 2 hotbuttons).
