I use to work at CompUSA and while they did have better "replacment / repair plans" then most I rarely see them as being worth while so don't feel bad about not having longer coverage. My only suggestion would be to add a paypal or some other donation system to the site. Most ppl are generous and don't like to see there own have a problem, since you have explained the situation just ask everyone for some help ) I know it sounds dumb but I think it would work ))
