Same thing happened to me, I've got a loose wire or two in the endplug of my Mag LCD...cord isn't detachable, so I called them about warranty coverage, and got hit by the same 1 year bs... was quoted something like $150 to replace the cord... plus I'd have to pay shipping... suppose I'll cut the cord open and hope I don't hit one of those wires that holds a charge once it fizzles out too bad, no luck finding any repair shops in town that would work on it...
