This is stupid and should be obvious... but it's obviously not, to me
and a search didn't yield anything helpful.
Is the UI info saved seperately for each character, or is it global? Do the Mods/window positons/colors have to be set for each character, or once for all?
I'm sure that seems dumb, but even after playing with it, I'm not sure!
