What do you think...

Do you think it should have the Name of the HOTT & then the bar underneath like the petbar? (1st pic)

Or do you think it should be the other way around? I added the HoTT percent too, the only weird thing is the percent always shows a "0" if nothing is targeted or dont have the ability. I did send an email about that though to see if that little thing can be fixed. (2nd pic)
