Update: I've added the bank window to the custom directory and I've removed what filigree I found from the rest of the UI.
Everything in this file should work and look relativly normal. This is meant to be a patch to Vert 2.9 full download.
Once I'm sure that no more major changes will need to be made I will zip up what I have and make it a new full release. This will probably happen next week some time.
