The mana window should - I think - because it gets the texture from a different file so it should use whatever texture files your UI has. You can always make a copy of the UI folder before you put it in there so you can just revert back if it doesn't work.

I haven't modified all the buff windows for the yellow bg yet 'cause I was waiting on someone else to confirm that it is in fact working for them. It worked for me but I want to make sure before I do a bunch more uploads.

If you want to use the right aligned yellow bg one I posted above you can - I did not include the buff numbers file in the .zip so it should not overwrite your blue marble buff number file.
