EQInterface Forums - View Single Post - Wondering about the old sticky...

Hi. I'm new to these forums, so naturally I first looked at the stickies, which usually have information of importance.

I'm really puzzled by the one that says discussions of 2-boxing and/or WinEQ will be summarily deleted.

Sony officially approves of multiboxing, with polls and threads about which combinations of characters folks like to box.

WinEQ may be technically a "3rd party program" but it is innocuous, having nothing to do with hacking or any banned activity, just with smoothing out the Windows multitasking. I am sure those running the game don't mind anyone using it.

I realize the stickied post is old (2005?) And oldtimers here probably know to ignore it. But I think it is kinda strange that it has never been deleted or modified to say something actually relevant..
