The key point is that the INI file provided is only for 1280x1024 since that is the res the skin creator runs at.

Also, all the windows start out *locked*. And some of them don't have resize edges on them. There are replacement XML files in the BorderWindow directory if you want resizable windows.

FYI the chat windows do NOT have a title. If you want more chat windows or want to resize them, you must get the resizable XML out of the BorderWindow directory. I love this UI but I do run with more chat windows to isolate group chat, guild chat, and melee spam.
