I play a bard and I just found a great UI for my needs. It's Darl's Vert Minimal 2 (found at Mix&Match section of complete sets under downloads), all I had to change was make 2 extra windows, one for song spam, one for melee spam, and throw in my favorite bag mod for fast swapping. Use the .ini file that comes with it, and set /viewport 0 0 1024 540 and you're good to go!

For me it gives maximum visibility, yet everything I need is neatly accessible.
