I thinks its just default with smaller icons, can someone add HoTT right below the target and above the buffs and make it clickable on the heath bar and name of the targets target to swap targets?
I have tired so many different interface pieces with HoTT , some don't display buffs at all, some the HoTT is not clickable to switch targets etc.
