As a side note, Troll Shaman(s?), besides having good starting stamina, and the regen, have a capability that no other shaman race has.
Regent Symbol of Innoruuk . It is, from my knowledge, the only reasonable way for a shaman to have a clicky snare. Is it worth building an entire character around? Maybe. But this and regen... wow. Also, as everyone else said, maxing your stats is easy. You'll be incredibly thankful for the regen, and the snare will save your shaman butt dozens of times.
