I'm having a very frustrating problem at the login screen. I've looked at all the boards and I can't seem to find anybody else that's having a problem with the Login screen. I can get passed the EULA screen and all that.. but when I go to type my user name and password in and click the "login" button.. total freezeup.. can't ctr alt delete or anything. This started happening after I had to reinstall windows and thus have to reinstall EQ.

Any help?

Also I'd like to add that I'm not very computer literate when it comes to digging around to fix things, so a detailed description on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Are you using EQW?

There is a known issue with EQW and the new login screen. EQW has to make an update for it to work again. If you're using this program to play more than one account at the same time, you're out of luck until they release a new version.
