GIMP

Do a search for it, it has been linked here more than once. It'll be down in the "Developer Discussion" section of the board somewhere.

I pritty sure some people use The Gimp. I also know Jasc's Paint shop pro 8 has a 30day free trial and its fairly cheap to buy and can edit tga's.

Other then the expensive adobe photoshop (/hugs his photoshop 7) those are the only ones I know about.

Most of it appears to be for Linux or mac or something , because I found a page about just Windows Gimp and it's very complicated! Where is just the download for it for Windows? I'm sorry to keep being a pest!

AHA! Downloaded it! Now I can make my POKEMON SPELL GEMS! Wooohoooo ! Thanks, Cairenn + Dolbs!

Oh, no! Yet another problem. I just downloaded 151 gif images of Pokemon to insert into the spell gems and when I open one and click copy then try clicking PASTE or PASTE INTO on the Gimp nothing happens! The cursor changes position but nothing appears new!

Make sure you paste from clipboard. Normal paste uses the GIMPs own clipboard.

Can you tell me how to insert those images into the Clipboard? I tried but didn't understand.
