my ui currently isnt working had to reinstall eq after that always defaults load skin acts like its loading but just goes back to default with no text here is what ui errorrs says

as there are no errors in your UIErrors file I would suggest verifying proper folder setup. ....\UIFiles\old\EQUI_*.xml. The same output would be generated if you have all your UI Files in a subfolder under old.
