i would like to start creating my own UI files but i have no idea how. Do i need a certain program or is it just a matter of altering the present ones from the original installatin of EQ? i think i could come up with something good but i wont know till i try... please help!!!! either post here or send me an e-mail...its [email protected]

The only things you need to create an interface:

1. Some kind of text editor - Notepad or Wordpad (both come with windows)

2. A graphics editing program that can deal with Alpha Channels - Adobe Photoshop (pretty expensive), Paint Shop Pro (free trial), or Gimp (I have no clue about this one, sorry)

3. A good idea for a UI!!

That's it! Now teaching you how to do it is a little more difficult. Good luck though!!
