I got an awesome Actions window here a few months ago. I got a new computer, and reformatted the old one, so I have lost it.

I don't know who the author was and I cant find it for the life of me! Help!

It was an Actions window as tall as the Hotkeys window, maybe taller, but only about half as wide. It had blue bubbles as the buttons, and it was absolutely fantastic and wonderful. I would LOVE to get it again. please help?

If it can't be found, can anyone make one? I need a nice action window thats as small and unobtrusive as possible, I HATE a cluttered screen! lol.
