Default Item Display Window Mod Problem

So I have been working on an item display mod for my UI. I made a stand alone version of what I have so far with default graphics at http://www.eqinterface.com/download...o.php?s=&id=569.

Its basically a bunch of nested layouts. Since layouts bypass a lot of hard coded behavior. It has one issue though. I cannot get the description STML box to size to the window width. The problem is if you use anchors on that element EQ offsets its position to where it thinks it should be. Usually its well below the height of the window. The only way I see to bypass that behavior is to give it a <Size>.

I also tried placing it in a Screen that is anchored to the width of the item window and at the problem. The STML box still gets offset if you use anchors. I also tried giving the Screen scroll bars and placing the STML inside and very large. The scroll bars don't work though.

Anyone see another way of possibly getting it to work. Thanks.
