So just out of curiosity, can loading several different mods work in it's own folder?

For example : I want to load an inventory/hotkey mod, a Vert targeting mod, and a spellbook skin.

Do I just make a folder calling it "hodge" and place those three mods in it?

OR do I copy the default folder, call that "hodge" and place those three mods in it overwriting the default files?
