Its been a while since I've messed with the UI files, but it is time that I clean up a few of the untidy bits of the one I have.

One of these untidy bits is my breath window. I've done transparent windows before, but for some reason I can't recall the knowledge to do it again.

What we have here is a new breath window that I use. The goal was to make it such that only the bubbles appear. What I get is the standard window background with the bubbles.

Attached is the file with relavent .tga's. Perhaps someone here can slap me on the side of the head and jog my memory on what I've forgotten to do to make the window background transparent.

for some reason, caps seem to mess up true/false arguments. I can't test it right now, but I think that's probably the problem.
