Norm

Hello, I have a skin that I like very much but recently I found out theres no choose skill window. I have been playing a new character and when I reach a level to gain a skill, say,.. disarm traps, I cant make a hotkey for it cause my ui has no choose skill window any idea how to fix this?

I looked through the default files and put the skillselect window in there but it didnt do anything
